This makes me lean towards her, since a picture is good, but a video is better when it comes to exerice videos. You just get a better chance to explain the movements correctly.
I like how both Kayla and Jen do it, but Jen Feffugias Bikini Body Workout is just a tad better because of the video demonstrations.
Technique is such an important factor when it comes to exercise and that is best shown through video or demonstrations with a personal trainer.
Who takes care of their customers the best?
I think customer support is important. Very important in fact. If something goes wrong with a download link or you don’t understand a certain exercise etc, it should be easy to get a hold of somebody to help you. We did pay for some help after all.
Since Kayla Itsines is so incredibly big and popular, her program is HUGE. This also makes “the lines longer” if you know what I mean. There will be a lot of people with the same problems at the same time, thus making it harder to get a hold of Kayla at times.

I’d say Jen Ferrugia’s Bikini Body Workout is a clear winner with a lot less people to handle and take care of. Kayla also has an app and huge amounts of technical things on her website making it possible to fail more. A website with a download area is easier to manage and rarely goes down.
Which Program is The Easiest To Do?
Both of the programs are easy to do, in fact they are very similar. You can do Kayla Itsiner Bikini Body Workout at home or in the gym, and Jen Ferrugia’s bikini workouts is not limited to any place at all. You can do it anywhere, as long as you have 4 simple things.
If you want to go with Kayla’s exercises it’s better to have a gym membership which will add to the monthly cost already associated with the BBG program. Her program requires over 8 different equipment.
