Dynamic Adjustment Protocol (The Missing Piece)

Static calculators fail because metabolism adapts. Use this 2-week rolling protocol:

  1. Weigh daily (same conditions: AM, post-void, pre-food). Calculate 7-day rolling average.
  2. Track weekly trend (this week avg vs. last week avg).
  3. Decision matrix:

Common Calculator Errors & Fixes

Using “exercise calories” from tracker Grossly overestimates (HR-based = +30–50%) Ignore. Use TDEE multiplier instead.
